Supporting Your Mental, Spritual, and Emotional Well-being.

What we do:

Pastoral Counseling

Nur Counseling provides faith-based pastoral counseling rooted in Islamic principles, offering a compassionate and holistic approach to emotional and spiritual well-being. Life’s challenges can be overwhelming, and sometimes, finding clarity and peace requires both practical guidance and spiritual reflection.

We integrate Islamic values with evidence-based counseling techniques, creating a space for individuals to explore their struggles, strengthen their faith, and develop meaningful personal growth. Whether addressing emotional distress, relationship concerns, or spiritual uncertainties, our approach is centered on empathy, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the human experience. Sessions are 50 minutes, and both in person and virtual sessions are available.

At Nur Counseling, our coaching services are designed to help you create the life you envision. Whether you're seeking personal growth, clarity in your purpose, or guidance through life transitions, we offer a supportive space to explore your goals and overcome challenges.

Through personalized coaching, we’ll work together to identify your strengths, unlock your potential, and develop actionable strategies for a more fulfilling and balanced life. Empower yourself to make confident decisions and live with intention and purpose. Sessions are 50 minutes, and both in person and virtual sessions are available.

Family/Couple Sessions

We believe that strong families create the foundation for personal well-being and success. Our family therapy sessions are designed to help you navigate life's challenges together, whether it's dealing with communication breakdowns, managing conflict, or adjusting to change.

Through compassionate guidance, we’ll help you understand each other’s perspectives, strengthen bonds, and build a more connected and supportive family environment. Together, we’ll explore practical solutions, improve interactions, and create a healthier, more balanced family dynamic. Both in person and virtual sessions are available.
